What are Shotz products intended for?
Shotz products are supplied exclusively as chemical research reagents for controlled in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic or therapeutic use.
Do you sell single vials?
Yes. Select product/size combinations are displayed as single vials while listed inventory remains. The Single Vials shop view filters automatically to the SKUs currently listed in stock.
What is a 10-vial kit?
A kit contains 10 vials of the same selected product and concentration. The exact concentration and SKU are preserved in the cart and order request.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product and concentration, select single-vial or kit format when available, add it to cart, enter shipping information at checkout, and submit the order request. Payment instructions and an invoice are sent by email after review.
Can I request batch documentation?
Yes. Use the Testing Center to search the public documentation index or send a product-specific documentation request.
How does wholesale work?
Wholesale requests can combine multiple products and concentrations. Enter an exact kit count for each line item; the combined request must total at least 10 kits.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Damage or fulfillment issues should be reported with supporting photos and are evaluated case by case.
Does the site remember my cart?
Yes. The storefront uses browser storage so the cart can persist between pages on the same device/browser.
